Terms of order fulfillment

When ordering a product that is in stock, we ship it the same day or the next day (depending on the time the order was placed). Prepayment is not required in this case. You pay at the Nova Poshta branch. You can also get the product in the salon, which is located in Ternopil, Stepana Bandera Avenue, 70, on the day of the order by prior arrangement with the manager.
When ordering a product that is not available at the time of ordering, or a product with individual parameters - the production period is from 3 to 15 working days, after approval of the product layout, depending on the complexity and availability of the necessary precious insert.

Terms of payment

You can pay for the product in the following ways:

  • Online payment on the site using Wayforpay and LiqPay payment systems.
  • To the corporate card of PrivatBank or MonoBank (details are sent by the manager).
  • Payment in installments from PrivatBank (up to 6 payments).
  • "Purchasing in installments" from Monobank.
  • Cash on delivery, when the goods are delivered by the Nova Poshta courier service (when paying at the branch, you additionally pay UAH 20 + 2% of the order amount). This payment method is subject to product availability.
  • In the salon when receiving the product (70 Stepana Bandera Avenue, Ternopil).

Terms of delivery

You can receive the product you ordered in the following ways:

  • In the salon;
  • In the Nova Poshta branch - free of charge throughout Ukraine.


The order is accepted for work on the condition of subscription:

  • 50% of the cost of jewelry, if the product is made individually for the client;
  • If the product is in stock, no prepayment is required. You can pick up and pay for the order in the salon or at the Nova Poshta branch.
